These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of Word Mountain. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Word Mountain grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by the developers of Word Mountain and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you have no right, title, or interest in or to the App except for the limited license granted herein.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF WORD MOUNTAIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ZERO UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($0.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of Word Mountain, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate your access to and use of the App at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, for any reason or no reason.

Governing Law
